Emailing your datafile...
Sometimes the best way to sort out a (bigger) problem with your accounting is for you to send us your datafile (assuming of course you are happy to do so).
By simply attaching your datafile to an email, we can see exactly what difficulties you are facing. (Please only email if we have talked about it first).
